What is your soft cap/hard cap?

$15 Million Soft-cap/ $300 Million Hard-cap.

If you do not raise your hard cap what will you do?

We will buy fewer investment properties.

Who is your competition?

We have not found anyone doing exactly what we are doing.

How soon after ICO are you planning on purchasing properties?

We began researching properties last year. Typically we can close on a property in 30-45 days after making an offer, and we plan to begin making offers once the ICO finishes and passes a third-party audit.

Is this a REIT?

No, it’s better! Our structure has some similarities to a REIT, given the historical successes of REITs, but with Nest you will have liquidity.

Can token holders earn dividends?

Yes. Token holders can earn dividends on both the real estate investment platform and our mortgage platform.

Is this a utility token?

The Nest token has been designed as a utility token, but will satisfy U.S. securities laws requirements as a Reg D 506(c)/Reg S private placement. You can view our PPM at: ​www.mynest.io​.

How much will the dividends be on the rental platform?

90% of net rental profits will be distributed to token holders for staking their tokens on investment properties each quarter.

How much will the dividends be on the mortgage platform?

Up to 50% of the net profits each quarter will be distributed.

Are all the properties in the US?

Yes, for now, and future plans include expansion into additional countries.

Can US citizens participate?

Yes, US accredited investors can participate during the ICO. Outside of the US, accredited and non-accredited investors can participate during the ICO as permitted by the country where they reside.
